When most of the ladies in our current church found out I was expecting #3 in 3 years most of the comments were of the 'you know where those are coming from, right?' and 'you poor thing!' and 'your hands will be full now!' (to which I replied 'better full than empty! since we were infertile for years prior to my firstborn).<br/><br/>There were a couple of little old ladies who hugged me and told me 'congratulations'. Don't know if they were being serious or just raised in a time when Emily Post would have been horrified at the aforementioned remarks.<br/><br/>I am thrilled. Exhausted but thrilled. My specialist told my husband to take up a hobby like fishing in about 12 years. LOL. At least they'll have somebody to talk about/to when I'm planted as I'm essentially an only child. How sweet.
