In Loving Memory…Jesus Holds a Baby Today
I am grieving deeply for my friend today…she was 7 1/2 months pregnant, just 1 month behind me (I’m due to give birth in less than 2 weeks now.) We have shared several pregnancies together.
I received news this morning that her baby died.
No one knows why at this point, except the Father.
Tears don’t change it.
Asking “why” doesn’t change it.
And as I sit here this minute, feeling my little girl flip around, every move both hurts my heart for my friend, reminds me of a new, nagging fear, and gives me great joy all at the same time.
If the Lord prompts you to pray, even for this family you do not know, I’m sure your prayers will lend comfort and healing across the miles.

Oh Kelly… my heart goes out to this mother, who must be in so much grief right now. Of course she will be remembered in my prayers.

My heart is breaking for her and her family. My thoughts and prayers go up for them tonight.
I hardly know what to say. I’m just going to pray for this family. You didn’t post details as to whether she has physically delivered, etc. but I will just pray her body and her mind will be in line with what God needs for her right now.

That is so sad… I pray that you will be able to be an encouragement and be given the words to say to lessen your friends pain. I had a good friend lose a baby when he was 5 months old, 2 days before Christmas. It was a tough time.

Im new to your site- I am finding lots of great things. I’ll pray for you and your friend. My cousin was excpected to deliver #1 in about 8 weeks and the baby died the other day as well. The cord was wrapped around his neck. My heart breaks for these moms- I cannot imagine. They need to be wrapped in the arms of the Savior
